Delivery

Please allow 24hours for your order to be processed. If you have requested next-day delivery with Canada Post please make sure you take into consideration the processing time. If your order is urgent then please call us at +1-548-888-8360 to see what options are available. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM will not get mailed out until Monday morning. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your parcel, we advise that you check with your local customs before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied at customs. Maadrn Fine Jewels will not be liable for charges in the case of your shipment being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Maadrn Fine Jewels offers different shipping options. All items are tracked but that does not include INSURANCE. Maadrn is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. It is important to be aware that Maadrn is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Maadrn is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from Maadrn, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping agent. If you purchase the ‘express mail or special delivery/signed for’ it does NOT mean your purchase will ship the next business day.

PROCESSING TIME IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE, MAADRN DOES NOT SHIP ON FRIDAY AFTER 12 NOON, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. YATTA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Maadrn does its utmost to ensure your items are packed in a manner that is safe and secure for transport. Maadrn uses eco-friendly packaging material to ensure your goods arrive undamaged. However, in the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with the delivery agent. Maadrn will provide you with the tracking order but after that, the onus is on you to dispute the delivery with the shipping agent. Maadrn is unable to control how the delivery agent handles your items so hence we package accordingly.

WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. MAADRN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COST OCCURRED BY TAXES AND DUTIES. At Maadrn Fine Jewels we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We believe the quality is in the products we sell not the packaging. However, we understand that people love buying our products as gifts. If this is the case please check the gift tab on the order form and we will box your good so it arrives in style.
