Refund policy

All custom-made pieces and sale items are final sales. For regular purchases, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We DO NOT return earrings for hygienic purposes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the next steps, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We hand pack all our items and give them directly to FedEx and Canada Post, but accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, along with an image so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you bought the wrong size, no problem, it happens, so we offer a no-hassle exchange within 3 business days. Simply email us at, and we will provide you with the next steps. Once we receive the unopened/unused item, we will send out your new parcel. Maadrn is not responsible for the cost of sending a parcel back or for the new item to be sent out.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
